Sleeps 6 (+2 extra in garage sleepout)
Minimum stay 3 nights

Winter Rate (April 2011 - October 2011)
$700.00 NZ per night

Summer Rate (November 2011 - March 2012)
$800.00 NZ per night

Parties incur an extra charge arranged at time of booking.

No smoking inside house
Not suitable for young children.
All other children must be strictly supervised by an adult
Kiwi protected area - sorry no pets!

Cancellation Policy

Deposit
In order to confirm a reservation, written confirmation is required immediately with a 30% deposit. The balance is required 14 days prior to arrival date.

Cancellation
In the event that we are unable to replace a cancelled booking, the following applies:

30% of the total cost will be charged if cancellation is received within 30 days prior to date of reservation.

For cancellations within 7 days of arrival the booking is non-refundable.
